Franklin Properties Ltd predominantly deals in Commercial Rentals and has a small porfolio of domestic rentals.

CSR Fabrications is fronted by Chris Street, Chris, a racer in his own, started racing Stock Cars when he was 16 in a self built car. After a 2 year stint in the stock car class he moved into some open wheel racing in a Mini Sprint. In his opening season in the class, Chris took top honours, winning the New Zealand title and backing it up with a placing in all the major championship races.

After gaining a trade as a light fabricator, Chris moved to a renown race car builder where he worked with the team for two years, Chris then felt it was the right time to take on his own challenges in life and build a business of his own specialising in race car design and build. With great backing from such a good reputation in the sport, Streety had the support to get off the ground and work on his dreams.

After several successful years in business in New Zealand, with CSR Chassis placing in a majority of the National Championships and winning many feature races along the way, CSR decided to expand to Sydney, Australia. Whilst being essentially based out of Sydney, there still remains a full parts supply and service throughout New Zealand.

Angus from Garage 9 is a very experianced engine builder who has also been racing in many forms of motorsport over the years, which means that he knows exactly what is required from a race engine!  Although Garage 9 will still repair ordinary vehicle engines their specialty lies with performance race engines.
